Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed it gets transformed from one form of energy to another. The energy which we use to obtain electrical or any other energy, a significant part of it changes to the energy which cannot be used for meeting the energy demands. It gets transformed to heat energy which cannot be used by us. This is the reason why we talk about energy crisis.
