Law Concervation Of Energ this fancy law state that " Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed, but could to converted to various form of energy " but with a minimum loss.

Through this we can conclude as Energy stored / saved equals to Energy thats produced.

One such example is the energy possessed by the water in a dam is equal to the energy possesed by the same water when it's released from the dam.

This example could be concluded as the Potential energy of is equal to the Kienetic energy of the water in dam when their height above the ground remain constan.
