Now, let's try to understand th' above from an example :-
Assume you drive your vehicle, you use fossil fuel.
Then, convert its Chemical energy into Mechanical energy which is used to move the vehicle.
That mechanical energy is then used to drive an alternator to generate electricity ( mechanical energy is further converted into electrical energy ) which is used for :-
1. Lighting
2. Heating
n' which are again in their own right conversion of electric energy into Electromagnetic radiation ( Light ) and Thermal Energy ( Air Conditioning ).
Therefore,
From th' above paragraph. We came to conclusion th't Energy here is just converted. It neither created nor destroyed here.
This proves our above statement :-
" Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, Only coverted from one form to another "
