Cleanliness is a virtue and is defined as the act of constantly keeping away dirt, maintaining good health, and environmental hygiene.

By keeping ourselves and our environment clean we help in preventing the spread of diseases, especially during this Coronavirus pandemic. Cleanliness also helps in staying focused and maintaining motivation.

We should carry this habit everywhere with us, on the streets, in the classroom, in our home, and in other places we visit.

The 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' is one such country-wide initiative started by the Indian government in 2014 to maintain the cleanliness of our environment by eliminating open defecation and improving solid waste management.
