According to me yes and no .
I want to gloss in it from my own prospective . It has opposite gender of everything mostly from Pashto. We can mostly distinguish those issue in it. Yes we have great exposure to it contrary to English .we can learn due to being Pak national Lang all have to learn from childhood at school etc.
I understand for English speaking people learn and getting command over the retroflex Consonants be difficult . Urdu /handi have main three retroflex Consonants are :
Ṛ,ṇ and Ṭ.
I still face difficulty in dealing with certain terminologies and dictions of it. Pakistani more use Arabic and parsi Dictions while on contrary Indian mostly coin new terms from sansirak Lang.
English is too easy to learn due to many reasons likes: in English
