Ans.2. Well now that we are online and paper free, newspapers do influence a lot in society. But not the paper ones. In fact, any site or online newspaper will influence society in many ways. In many topics too. So the influence could lead to a certain candidate winning an election, and they don’t allow jurors in a murder trial to read a newspaper.

Paper newspapers are dying. Electronic ones are surviving and thriving in some cases, but serious journalism is in trouble on all platforms because advertising revenue is deserting them in favour of social media. The influence of serious journalists is fading accordingly.
