Budding, fragmentation and spore formation.
fragmentation :-1) when water and nutrients are available algae grows and multiply rapidly by fragmentation.
2)Algae breaks up into two or more fragments.
3) these fragments or pieces grow into new individuals.
4)this process continues and they cover a large area in short period of time.
5) eg:- fragmentation in spirogyra. it is an algae.
