Other than seawater or brackish water, fresh water (or fresh water) is any naturally occurring water.There are lot of fresh water sources on earth. Fresh water sources are ice sheets, ice caps, glaciers, icebergs, bogs, wetlands, lakes, streams, and even groundwater.

Approximately 68 percent of the Earth's freshwater is in glaciers and ice caps. Another 30% or so is bottled up in the ground, and the last few% of freshwater can be contained in surface ice, ponds, streams, swamps, and atmosphere. Other than that In glaciers and polar ice caps, most of our earth's fresh water is found.
