Ethyl alcohol fermentation is quite common in yeast and Rhizopus.
The end products are simultaneously:
1) pyruvate broken down into acetaldehyde and CO2 (vapor or evaporised form)
2) Acetaldehyde and NADH to give end products C2H5OH and NAD with a positive charge.
