First I would like to let you know what these symbols mean;
The general equation is H=E + PV where H is referred to as the enthalpy change, E/U is the change in the internal energy, P is the atmospheric pressure and V is the volume.
So in thermodynamics we say that under isothermal conditions that is when the temperature is fixed the change in the internal energy, E/U is equals to zero (0).
That is to say that there is no internal energy conserved. Hence in your question where the conditions are isothermal that is at a fixed temperature of 298K, the delta U= 0.
