• The cell were found in epidermis:

       1. Keratinocytes cells: makes protein keratin which forms protective layer of the skin.

      2. Melanocytes cells: produce melanin responsible for skin tone and colour.

     3. Langerhans cells: prevent foreign substances to enter the skin.

     4. The stratum corneum: It is the outer most layer of the skin which contains keratin.

• The below cell structures were found in dermis:

      1. Collagen and Elastin fibers: Collagen is responsible for structural support and elastin is responsible for resilience of skin.

      2. Fibroblast cells: synthesize collagen ,elastin and other structure molecules of the skin

      3. Blood vessels: oxygenates and nourishes the skin
