I truly agree with this statement and everyone should, as men and women are both interconnected parts of a country or any sector.
And for the progress it is very necessary. Specially in our country, where women are prayed and had Ben given God's significance should not face any inequality.

And government has also taken many steps regarding this issue and had also succeeded till much extent.
