The two small holes are drilled at depth h/2 and 3h/2

So the speed vessels v1 = √2g (h/2) = √gh

According the from Bernoulli's Therom, At the same level of point we have to consider from one hole to other point as per the therom.

phg+2pg(h/2) = 1/2(2p)v₂²

v₂ = √2gh

v₁/v₂ = 1/√2

Therefore the speed of the holes (v₂/v₁) = 2:1
