 \frac{3( \frac{x}{2} + 1) }{5( \frac{x}{3} + 1)} = \frac{12}{5} \\ \\ \frac{ \frac{3x}{6} + 3 }{ \frac{5x }{15} + 5 } = \frac{12}{5} \\ \\ \frac{3x}{6} + 3 = \frac{12}{5} ( \frac{5x}{15} + 5) \\ \\ \frac{3x + 18}{6} = \frac{12}{5} ( \frac{5x + 75}{5} ) \\ \\ \frac{3x + 18}{6} = \frac{12 \times 5x + 12 \times 75}{25} \\ \\ 25(3x + 18) = 6(75x + 900) \\ \\

...... By cross multiplying

75x + 450 = 450 x + 5400 \\ \\ 450 x - 75x = 450 - 5400 \\ \\ 375x = - 4950 \\ x = \frac{ - 4950}{375} = 13.2 \\ \\ x = 13.2
