h = 2
k = 5
k + p = 2 => p = - 3

=> (x - 2)² = -12y + 60
x² - 4x + 4 = - 12y + 60
=> x² - 4x + 12y - 56 = 0
(x - 2)² = -12y + 60 or x² - 4x + 12y - 56 = 0
