 {x}^{2}  + {y}^{2}   - 80x - 60y + 2100
at the point nearest to the origin is?

equation of tanget= s1=0
then it becomes
xx1+yy1+g(x+x1)+f(y+y1)+c=0
as (x1 y1)=(0,0)
substituting in above we get
-40x-30y+2100=0
4x+3y-210=0
