3x +2y = 6

On Multiplying both sides by 3,we get

9x + 6y = 18 ----------(1)

Now,

2x - 3y = 17

On Multiplying both sides by 2, we get

4x - 6y = 34 ----------(2)

Now,

On adding equation 1 and 2,we get

13x = 52

=> x = 4

Substituting the value of x in equation 1,we get

9(4) + 6y = 18

=> 36 + 6y = 18

=> 6y = - 18

=> y = - 3

________

3x + 2y = 6 -----------(multiply by 3)------(1)

2x - 3y = 17 ----------(multiply by 2)-------(2)

(1)-------- 9x + 6y = 18
(2)------- 4x - 6y = 34 ADDING

13x = 52

x = 52/13
x= 4

Put x=4 in (1)
3(4)+2y =6
12+2y=6
2y = - 6
y= - 3

So, x= 4 and y = - 3

Hope it may help you...

Thank you :) :))
