comment upon the sailor's attitude towards the death of albatross??

After the death of albatross, the sky became clear and the weather became good. So the sailors thought that the death of the bird has brought good luck to them. 
But soon the weather changes. Air stops to blow and ship becalmed. People lay down , not in any condition to speak. Their condition is miserable. They, now, blame the ancient mariner for their suffering and hardship.  The albatross was a good luck for them
The sailors were fickle-minded.

The fellow Mariners cursed the old Mariner for killing an innocent and auspicious bird. Albatross bought them happiness and a good company. But when the ancient Mariner killed the albatross , the sailors got extremely anger and cursed the Ancient Mariner. the weather worsened .The mariners change their opinion now the justified the Killing of Albatross as it got missed and snow.
