equilibrium constant of some reaction are given as under
(a) x -y K=10-1
(b) y - z K=2 x10-2
(c) P -Q K=3 x10-4
(d) R - S K=2 x10-3 .
Initial concentration of the reactants for each reaction was taken to be equal : Review the above reaction and indicate the reactions in which the reactants and products respectively were of highest concentrations :- (1) d, c f2) c, a (3) a. d (4) b, c

Answer:

option 2 is correct

Explanation:

stability of reactant and product is depend upon value of Kc

more the value of Kc stable will be product

less the value of Kc stable will be reactant

for given set of reaction, reaction c shows less value of Kc so reactant is stable so it's concentration is high and for reaction a Kc is more so product is stable and it's concentration is high
