16 ohms

Two 10 ohm resistors are in parallel and then in series with left 10 ohm resistor. So that gives 15 ohms which is in parallel with top 10 ohm resistor and then in series with 10 ohm resistor.

FINAL ANSWER IS 16 OHMS

I am starting from the left of B

10 Ω and 10 Ω are in parallel.

1/R = 1/10 + 1/10

= > 1/R = ( 1 + 1 )/10

= > 1/R = 2/10

= > 1/R = 1/5

= > R = 5

Then 10 Ω and 10 Ω are in series.

R = 10 Ω + 5 Ω

= > R = 15 Ω

15 Ω and 10 Ω are in parallel .

1/R = 1/15 + 1/10

= > 1/R = ( 2 + 3 )/30

= 1/R = 5/30

= > 1/R = 1/6

= > R = 6 Ω

Now 10Ω and 6 Ω are in series .

R = 10Ω + 6 Ω = 16 Ω

ANSWER:

The equivalent resistance is 16 Ω
