kp = k1 + k2

● Explanation -

Let k1 and k2 be thermal conductivies of two resistors.

For resistors connected in series, equivalent thermal conductivity is -

ks = 2k1k2 / (k1+k2)

For resistors connected in parallel, equivalent thermal conductivity is -

kp = k1 + k2
