According to me,Eric. is maķing pizza for his. friends,This this is not a business activity.Business is an activity that we do in exchange of money.But holding parties and distributing food for free is not business. Catering at a party in exchange of money is a business activity.
As in equity you need to invest money,and you expect revenue in return but here Eric has invested money for purchasing ingredients for pizza but for no money in return.Thus this activity is also not equity
