Yes, In country like India or in any developing country, if they want to get rid of poverty & unemployment for forever then they should design their education policy in such way that it produce more job creator than job seekers in market. Population of 1.23 Billion forcing us to think again about our school & collage curriculum that which direction we should take? we make a force of just graduates who looking for job or with a mind-set of just doing a job OR should we cultivate mind of new generation that they should be able & think about to give job to anyone else .just imagine if all people will only looking for job then there will be monopoly by just few employers in market & that will give them good chance to reduce the pay & wages because there will be enough people in line to work at any price or salary than us. That will again widen the gap in poor & rich in nation. Also doing a job will not going to make us richer & prosperous in whole life or it may delay our dreams until we didn’t understand the true power or potential of being an Entrepreneur or job provider to masses. Education should put the seeds of thinning like an employer rather than just a lame worker in any industry. We should take the level of experiments & problem of classrooms bit higher to develop the mind-set of an employer. There should be seminars, classes, speech, courses & degrees which let the student to be a employers rather than just an employee. Collages must share the dos & don’t of being an employer. Guide the students about the hurdles & learning during in the making of job provider. Let the put last decision in the hand of student that where the found themselves fit for. Just at a cubicle or in the big room.
Having more employer than employees hike the GDP of nation & let the nation on many other issues to deal with like global warming,Agriculture , Environment & many more .
