Monday morning when I woke up I found I was late for school. I was horrified! I got up, changed in a jiffy and rushed out with my bag. When I went to my bus stop, I found nobody was there. Not even birds. It was a bit awkward feeling as I felt I was left alone in this world. In a few minutes time I saw my bus coming which perplexed me. I woke up way beyond my normal time. The bus would've left
by now but it's coming now. I got up to find the empty and even the driver and helper of the bus were emotion less. I felt scared. But I
brushed it off thinking maybe they didn't have complete sleep last night. Reaching school, I found the morning Assembly had already begun. I threw my bag on the
bench and to my surprise I flew three benches and landed on the last bench. As I hurried up the stairs I was hearing the Carol, "Hark The Herald" going on. It was autumn and I wondered Christmas is still a month away, so why now? Reaching the hall I found all the teachers, students, the Principal and the Vice-principal with the same cold, scary and emotionless faces. The hair on the back of my neck were stiff. And suddenly I saw all of them turn to me and gave a loud horrifying and atrocious shriek! It was deafening. I cried for them to stop and suddenly it all stopped. And when I woke up I realized it was a dream.
