Essay in English manners are the ornments in the life
Answers
Answer:
manners are the ornaments of life. Good manners are reflected in how we conduct ourselves in our day-to-day life. We can show good manners at home, in the classroom at school, on the playground, and at any other place too whether we are travelling on a bus or flight, or enjoying an excursion or a holiday.
Our parents and teachers help us develop good manners. It is best to learn good manners in childhood. If we have good manners, we are appreciated and loved by our family, teachers, classmates and friends.
Being respectful to elders is good manners. Showing courtesy to our elders is also good manners. We show good manners by the words we speak and by the way we converse. Our body language can also reflect good manners. If we are courteous and polite we express good manners.
Being rude, impolite and arrogant in our words and deeds is bad manners. We can show courteousness when we speak by using sweet language. While speaking softly and gently is good manners, being loud and harsh is bad manners. It is good manners to say thank you to anyone who helps us in need. Similarly, it is courteousness to say sorry and pardon as appropriate.
Being kindly and considerate shows good manners in our behaviour. For example, closing a door on a person’s face is impolite. On the other hand, it is courteous behaviour to give way to elders and women before oneself. Being considerate towards the sick and the physically challenged is also good manners.
