A STICH IN A TIME SAVES NINE

It is indeed , true that we can save ouselves from a lot of trouble by taking notice of things in time . A minor neglect in the initial stages can lead to serious consequences later. Timely action can save us from a lot of troubles . Negligence, indifference and carelessness in the early stages of alliment may result in the disease becoming chronic and even proving fatal. Similarly, bad habits like smoking , drinking, drugs , grambling etc... can be easily given up in the initial stages. It becomes very difficult to shake oneself free of such habits once they become deeply entrenched. Every evil should therefore be nipped in the bud , because then, even a small effort will bear results. Whereas, if it is allowed to assume serious proportion, far greater effort , energy and time will be required to stamp it out . Therefore , one should be very vigilant in life and should not allow disease or attitudes to develop into such proportions that they become silent killers, ,,,
