He was very concentrated.
He had imbibed values, cultures and intelligence from his father Gangadhar Ramchandra Tilak who was a Sanskrit scholar and a famous teacher. At the age of 10, Bal Gangadhar went to Pune with his family as his father was transferred. In Pune, he was educated in an Anglo-Vernacular school. After some years he lost his mother and at the age of 16 his father too he got married to a 10-year-old girl named Satyabhama while he was studying in Matriculation. In 1877, Tilak completed his studies and continued with studying Law. (:

Bal Gangadhar Tilak was a well known freedom fighter and he was also a social reformer.. he was a very good person and known for his work towards India's Independence fight . he was born on July 23, 1856 and died on August 1 ,1920.
He was a journalist in Pune and started a marathi newspaper called kesari .
His famous slogan was '' Swaraj is my birth right and i shall have it ''. He was the first and the strongest advocates of Swaraj.
He also written some books such as -The Arctic Homes in Vedas ,Orion and many more.he was the first leader of Indian Independence Movement. he was popularly known as Lokmanya .he was a bright student and was best in mathematics .
he was also arrested and went to prison on the charges of sedition .he spent his time in the prison by reading and writing and he also wrote a book in the prison ''Gita- Rahasya''.
he also decided to built a organisation '' Home Rule League '' and its aim was swaraj. he was a really a kind ,strong ,good and nice person.
