Hello!!!
Mahatma Gandhi or commonly known as bapu is the father of our nation. He was undoubtedly one of the greatest freedom fighter India has ever witnessed. He taught people how to win fights and battles without violation and bloodshedding.
His two pillars of inspiration was truth and non violence. He advices people to speak truth everytime. Even if we are safe with lies, it is only for sometime. The truth will eventually be revealed later. He respected people who followed his rules and principles.
He started the Swadeshi Movement where he had forbidden the people of India to buy, wear or use any of the British products. He wove clothes with his own charkha and inspired people to do so.
Gandhiji's teachings are great examples of living even in this century. Even if the customs and traditions changed, it is still India and we are bound to be attracted by these rules. Another very important teaching that he had conveyed us is through his three monkeys. The monkeys each express the following:
» SEE NO EVIL
» HEAR NO EVIL
» SAY NO EVIL
If we really follow these rules and principles in our lives nobody could stop India from flourishing and becoming a united and powerful country again.
HOPE THIS HELPS YOU...☺
