HELLO MAY THIS COULD HELP AND MARK MY ANSWER IS BRAINLIEST.
Physical courage is a rare virtue, but moral courage is rarer. In childhood unaware of risks, every child takes or tries to take a bold step. But taking a step after weighing the risks, knowingly is called boldness. Physical courage may at times wear a false glitter. It may appear as bravado or even desperation. But there is no mistaking in moral courage. It is inseparable from sacrifice and spiritual exaltation. The first step to boldness is the little courage to admit one’s own mistake. Boldness is to say sorry and tell the truth after a mistake in spite of a chance of punishment. Courage is to stand by the truth without fearing about the result. The boyhood of some great men reveals that they learnt to follow the part of truth and courage early in life. Then taking bold steps fueled by moral courage became the way of their life. Examples are George Washington, Jawarharlal Nehru and Mahatma Gandhi. Swami Vivekanand showed a great courage by saying the Americans as brothers and sisters at a time when both country men were alien to each other. It opened the path for friendship for the Indians all over the world. After that many great men followed Swami Vivekanand. Boldness is to accept all Indians irrespective of religion as brothers and sisters against the opinion of the fundamentalists. Individual moral courage is the rarest of virtues. But sometimes miracles happen and the whole community shows moral courage in higher order. Gandhiji’s moral courage filled every fiber of his being, when he was in south Africa. When he came back, he was shocked by the discriminating and humiliating treatment done to Indians. The shock became greater when he saw that the victims of the torture did not protest in the least. He took pain to create a climate of protest. He emboldened these invertebrate persons, who gradually learnt how to fight the tyrant. Gandhiji made heroes out of clay. This shows his moral strength. Introduction of non-violence against the violent rulers was the boldest step in history. It shook th whole world and brought us freedom. To maintain this freedom for ourselves and our future generation, we need to gather courage and strengthen our morality. Need of the time is to be courageous and take the first step to fight against corruption, ignorance, hatred and many other illnesses like these in the society. Be bold enough to find the root before believing in a propaganda. Be bold enough to say no to every bad thing and cheap attractions. Be bold enough to follow the path of truth and courage for a peaceful and better future in and around you.
