Cleanliness is a luxury only an affluent can afford it . I think that's not much true. Better we can say that cleanliness is a habit & any one can master it irrespective of his or her caste , creed , gender  & economical status. Because  cleanliness is not costly thing or a luxury which can  only rich people can afford . it more of a need & i  would like say that such kind of anyone fulfill . Keep house or self's room is not required money its need motivation only . understanding that if we will keep our house & streets clean then there will be  less diseases & hygiene problem  so there will less appointment with doctor. Telling the good thing about  cleanliness  to kids  have no relation with parents's monthly income . Any one can have dustbin at their home . All schools can manage & promote the cleanliness.Small thing make big change when it matter of cleanliness.like using pure drinking water. always wash hand before meal. keep mosquito at bay . Cover the body when sleeping in open area or at rooftop .Cleanliness is a duty for all & responsibility of all citizen that;s why it have no link with affluence.
