Once, a cultural function was organised by a neighbourhood friend. He invited me and my family, so I attended it. He organized it to prevent himself from being arrested if his kids would burn crackers again. Last year, PCR had warn him twice but his kids would not listen to him. So this time, to trap them and also allow them to enjoy Diwali with happiness, he organized the cultural function.

The stage was lit with bright lights. It was not less than the concert which is very expensive. But my neighborhood also planted some laser lights to let everyone know in the colony that there is a function going on without crackers. It was really an amazing and new thing to be experimented and experienced by the people.
