every good habit makes you good. it not only shows you your better version but also tells your personality.
whenever any liquid food is there you should eat it with the spoon. do not mess it by your hands.
whenever you eat any junk food so keep a napkin under it and also fix the napkin around your neck.
these are the some good food habits which makes you a better version.
