grow more tree get more rain......

Tree leaves also act as interceptors, catching falling rain, which then evaporates causing rain precipitation elsewhere — a process known as evapo-transpiration. ... Conversely, by planting forests in strategic locations, we may be able to increase rainfallin key areas,

Trees benefit the environment. Trees absorb carbon dioxide as they grow and the carbon that they store in their wood helps slow the rate of global warming. They reduce wind speeds and cool the air as they lose moisture and reflect heat upwards from their leaves The reasons why we should not cut trees.Cutting down of trees is known as deforestation. ... Secondly, when trees arecut down, the soil is left bare. The remaining part of the tree dries up and the roots nolonger hold the soil together

Seriously doubt that would work. Trees don’t cause rain. Rain “causes” or, more accurately, allows trees to grow.

If you want it to rain more, then accelerate global warming. We’re coming out of an ice age anyway and it’s going to get warmer no matter what we do. Nonetheless, accelerating it has many advantages including increased precipitation (more rain). As the air becomes warmer, it will pick up more water off the oceans and drop it onto the land. With global warming, we get:

Increased precipitation (already said that).

Decreased deserts (because it rains more)

Fewer droughts (because it rains more)

Fewer famine (because it rains more and there’s more food)

Plants grow faster, bigger, and produce more food. (Increased carbon dioxide helps this process)

More arable land (because it is no longer a desert or no longer covered in ice). The gain in arable land is many times the loss due to rising ocean levels.

Substantially milder winters and only slightly warmer summers.

Longer growing seasons.

The downside of global warming:

We lose a little bit of costal land here and there around the world that is way more than compensated for by the increase in arable land.
