Today the use of mobile phones and computers are available for our work. But nowadays we are attracting too much towards the mobile phones and computers which is not good at all. We should do some work by ourselves. We should reduce the addiction towards the mobile phones and computers. For reducing the attraction towards these objects we should fix a time for watching it. We should attract ourselves towards our study. And watch these things for maximum half an hour to forty five minutes. We should buy some brain game books and solve that. We should take a walk of half an hour in a park. By applying these points in your daily life our the addiction towards the mobile phones and computers will automatically reduce.

Here is the answer..

Mobile phones and Computers

In this 21st century, We all humans are dependent on one and the other. For example Computer, mobiles etc. For a single work to do, we show laziness. And the reason behind them is nothing but mobile and computers.

Each and every human being, in this world has become dependent. Hence, one can say that it is only because of mobiles and computers.
In a sense , they are becoming addicted to it and this can lead to a problem to themselves.

To reduce this addiction, it's much difficult for this generation but severe efforts can be taken up. Most of us cannot live without our phone. ... And yes these phones are a great addiction to our lives which is surely not a good thing.

Even it is seen in small children playing video games, playing on mobiles for a long period of time. This leads to diseases arising slowly and slowly. But it's also seen that even the parents of a child are addicted to this.

If parents want their children to stop using smartphone, they themselves should refrain themselves first from the phones. Then only, some thing can change ourselves from this addiction.

Thanks!!
