A) Building personality - which is nowadays a raising concern to youth. Because personality development means to create an distinctive manner of your attitude and behavior.

The development of personality of a person is grown up by the situations, environment he/she faces, or by gathering the knowledge of his/her interaction with other people. The development of personality means the development of one's character, character which plays the main role in personality development. The character of a person displays by the reactions, behavior of the person, the way the person behaves and react to a situation, the behavior according to the environment.

Personality - it is not a word that is just spoken or written, it is a manner of behave, interaction, reactions a man do that makes him/her unique according to the situations and the environment. The personality of a child has some unique behaviors that is - temperament, environment, and character.  

Temperament is that a child behaves to an situation, the way the child learns to the world, it is a genetically determined traits set. The personality cannot be specify and described by any gene, personality is not a thing  that is a gene inherits to a child from a parent. It is a thing that is gained by the situations and environment that a child/youth/man faces.

So, personality is built, it is gained, not inherited.
