We find considerable growth in use of plastic everywhere due to various beneficial properties of plastic such as : lighter in weigh then any other material, easy to carry, better safety and hygiene properties for food packaging, inexpensive to producers as well as to buyers, etc.
Things which have advantages also have disadvantages.
It is however, creates lots of nuisances and degrade environment in big way. Pollution is not only making our environment dirty, but it also becoming harmful to people.
Plastic pollution is when plastic has gathered in an area and has begun to negatively impact the natural environment and creat problems for plants, wildlife and even on humans. It is a non biodegradable substance as it meant for its durability.
Its Effect on :-
* Plastic is everywhere, even on those items you may not expect it to be . Milk cartons are lined with plastic, water bottles are also made of plastic. Every time these items are used and thrown away. This harms environment and also pollute ground water.

* As plastic is less expensive, it is one of the most widely available and overused item in the world today. When disposed, it do not decompose easily and pollutes the land and air when burned.

* Plastic bags, bottles and other items made of plastic are dumped here and there. Animals like cow etc eat the food rapped in them and die.

* Mostly plastics are thrown in rivers and lakes where they pollute water as well as it is very harmful for aquatic life.

* Many infections and internal diseases are caused if we use plastic.

If there is a problem, then definitely there will be solution to that problem. Here are some ways to refuce plastic pollution.

We can recycle and reuse plastic items.
We can also reduce its use
We can use paper bads instead of using plastic bags for shopping.
We can also educate people about the harmful effects of plastic and advice them not to use plastic.
