In todays day to day life , most of the people are frustrated all the time , this is mostly because of the unsatisfaction from their life , and hence all this things lead them to engage in conflicts . Their are hardly some persons who are not engaged in violence and conflicts . Peace and harmony leads to inner satisfaction and it also leads to a spiritual life . People who live in peace and harmony have better life than those who don't . Peace and harmony should always be maintained . people who respects others opinion and don't think that other people are their opinion live peaceful life . They treat others as they wanted to get treated , therefore they choose the path of harmony . Nowadays violence has become the only result of any conversation . People for preserving their pride get ingaged in conflicts . The number of crimes are outrageous . I think if we want humans to develop they first should adopt peace in their life. After reading this essay I hope all of you will try to maintain peace and would understand that conflict or violence aren't the only way to solve problems
