 yoga is a fertility treatment and  can be described as a way of calming yourself and of course providing relaxment and enjoyment to your body. if u perform yoga everday it refreshes u and keeps u as fit as a fiddle. yoga is a very essential part of our body and recharges our body with cosmic energy. yoga is the way of living with an aim that is healthy mind in a healthy body we should do yoga to Attain  perfect equilibrium and harmony , to Promote self- healing, to remove negative blocks from the mind and toxins from the body, to enhance personal power , to increase self-awareness, to  help in attention, focus and concentration, especially important for children and reduces stress and tension in the physical body by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. yoga has a number of benefits.Yoga is  tfocuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental well being. The main components of yoga are postures and breathing.
