Explanation:

Laziness is often about not wanting to waste energy, but it becomes a threat and problem when it becomes a constant. Then we forget our expectations and ideal lifestyle, and we end up getting used to what we have only.

some of the possible causes of laziness include:

Sometimes we believe our action may not give us the benefit we want. which therefore make us run away from taking the necessary steps.

The work won’t have the supposed recognition, this often bring in laziness as it make us ask ourselve questions like, why should I do it when I know the work may not be recognized .

The action may bring about stress which can involve physical pain.

We don’t consider ourselves sufficiently prepared to undertake such activity so we tend to run away from what we ought to do with the mindset of not being ready yet.

Lack of required motivation .

In my opinion , the great consequences of laziness is that it makes us waste a lot of time and our time is limited, it will never come back, once it's gone, it's gone, it is finite ,one can as well conclude that wasting time is a way of wasting life.

To fight laziness, We must be aware of how we work in other to get the required tools to combat our weaknesses and boost our strengths.

To tackle laziness, we must learn to recognize the symptoms :

Perfectionism: Many times we bring in laziness by avoiding to do things because we want to do them perfectly . We must begin, no one starts out knowing, everyone starts with a step, if we make mistakes, we can try again before we become perfect.

Self-deception: We believe in ourselves that we will be able to do something we see from afar as soon as we intend doing it. But we never try to do that. Some of this things may include doing exercise, learning another language, etc.). Things are created twice, first in mind and then in reality. We just have to take the next step , laziness make us picture it in the mind without bringing them to reality.

procrastination: No reason is good to postpone to another day what we should do now. Normally we replace these activities by others which maybe irrelevant but more pleasant to do. We are always waiting for perfect conditions (energy, enthusiasm, etc.) to perform certain actions. Since these conditions are often unrealistic, postponing things is not a good idea.

Looking ing at this symptoms critically canhelp us know how to tackle the spirit of laziness in us, although most times laziness is a self problem. Little things that we often overlook can serve as a solution to laziness which include ensuring good use of our time and proper time management, focusing on the tasks that are most important to us and have closest ending dates.
