a life without tea or coffee is hell many people or students who works at office collage or school they are very tired and want some refresh ment so they drink tea and have some snacks like vada pav, pakora, pav bajji
if we drink tea atleast 3 times in a week we also want to drink it for 4th time if we dont have tea it causes headache but lets see does drinking tea or coffee is good or bad

first let us check advantages of tea:

1. tea contains antioxidant which is good to keep you young and make you rid of pollution

2.comparing to coffee tea has less caffeine which not good to your health

3. tea may reduces advantages of heart attacks and strokes. There’s a lot of literature out there on tea and heart health,” said Anna Ardine, who is who is a famous clinical nutrition

4. tea helps you to weight loss

5. Tea may keep your smile bright

6.“Japanese researchers have found that tea can decrease tooth loss,” Ardine said. “It changes the pH in your mouth when you drink it and that may be what prevents cavities.” Beyond that, tea, unlike many other beverages does not appear to erode tooth enamel, Bonci said.

7. last but not least

tea may helps you to fight with cancer (over consumption of tea may give you cancer)

now lets look at disadvantages:The main disadvantage I can think of is that it inhibits the absorption of iron. This is especially relevant for those whose intake of heme iron (iron found in meats) is low, such as vegetarians and those whose iron levels may be depleted (people with anaemia, pregnant women).

Now iron is a necessary part of your diet because it is needed for proteins that carry oxygen in your blood. Low iron can lead to fatigue and low immunity.

Having said this, there are obviously things you can do to mitigate this problem. If you do have low iron and don't eat many sources of heme iron you can try to eat more sources of non-heme iron (lentils, fortified cereals, spinach, tofu). Though non-heme iron is more difficult for your body to absorb you can have it along with something that enhances your absorption of iron, for example ascorbic acid (Vitamin C, have some orange juice with your meal).

So what should you do about the tea? Try to drink it between meals rather than with them
