Malala Yousafzai is a girl belonging to the nation of Pakistan, but is loved all over the world due to her contribution and amazing works in the field of education. She is a Pakistani student and a education activist. She is the youngest person to be awarded by the prestigious award of Nobel Prize. She was just 17 years old, but for her age was just a number she already reached at the peak where people even after living their whole life can't reach out! She is known for her activism of women's rights.
She was born in the town of Mingora in Pakistan on 12 July 1997.She defied Taliban and in Pakistan and demanded that girls too should be allowed to receive education. She is a true role model and a character to be admired. Her way to think, to tackle situation, the dare to face any situation with bravery and confidence in her eyes are some of the great things that she showed the whole world. She never thought about her own welfare was always ready to work for other women facing problems.
A girl with wonderful personality and courage of lion, even fought with death! She believed on herself and made every impossible into possible that came in her way. Malala Yousafzai won numerous awards along with Nobel Prize. She was also included in the 100 most influential People in the world in the year 2013.
Writing blog entry gave her a platform for equal educational rights. But the sad thing about her life is related to her own courage and showing humanity towards humans, which nowadays humans don't deserve mostly. She along with 2 other girls was gun shorted by the Taliban because she went against their rituals she fought against the unjust traditions of just educating the boy child. She still bounced back from the battlefield of death and responded to the Taliban with her words.
Yousafzai said that following the attack, “the terrorists thought that they would change our aims and stop our ambitions, but nothing changed in my life except this: weakness, fear and hopelessness died. Strength, power and courage were born.”
July 12th is proclaimed as ' Malala Day' in honour of this young educational activist.
