Money alone does not make one happy
Jonathan Swift wisely said, "“A wise man should have money in his head, but not in his heart.” A wise man always maintains balance in all areas of his life. It is true also, if we pay more heed to one aspect, other aspects of our life get affected with it. So one must always learn to pay due attention to each aspect wisely.
You will find different views on the subject. Some will say money is more important than love; while the others will say love is more important than money. The truth is both are equally important. Can we pass a judgement on as to which is more important between day and night? Both have their own importance. Both are complimentary to each other. Day makes the night look beautiful; and night makes the day look indispensable. Similarly, love and money are equally important in everyone's life.
Let's consider the following example. Let's assume there is a man who has abundant love in his heart. But he does not have much money. Do you think he will be able to keep his loved ones happy? No, he won't be able to provide for their various needs of fun, learning, growth. He will certainly not be able to provide them the best of facilities of life. Love is good, but love with money is better.
Similarly, if a man, who has all the money of the world but no love in his heart, will be termed as Mammon worshiper. He won't be able to enjoy the exquisite joys of love. People will keep distance from him. Money alone is good, but money with love is better.
