A morning walk is a very useful exercise taken in the early hours of the morning. It is time when the mind is fresh and the body is active. It is rightly said, “Early to bed and early rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” Many people go out for a walk daily in the morning. I too go for a morning walk daily. One gets used to it wish the passage of time. It requires a lot of conditioning in the beginning. A morning walker takes delight in finding himself in the open on the familiar road at the appointed hour. I go up to the canal bank about two kilometers from the city. It is worth going and coming back before the day’s activity begins. It keeps one fit and active throughout the day. It also prevents body from bulging out. It keeps the throat clear and sets the pace of the morning walker. One inhales the fresh air of the morning in all its fresh glory. A morning walk gives mental poise and sharpens the perceptive power. Eyes get refreshed while looking at the green grass. Outside, nature is at its best at this hour. It is calm all around. Birds sing to the canal bank and sit there for sometime. I take exercise for a few minutes. After an hour I come back home. A late-riser misses the charm of the morning walk. A morning walk thus becomes a fit prelude to the day’s work.
The morning walk means walking in the morning fresh air. Generally, people select the early part of the morning when the atmosphere looks fresh and clear. People generally chose the open places as parks; road side’s etc. walkers usually wear loose dresses like trousers and kids for an easy walk. It costs nothing but benefits much. The man who walks in the morning enjoys the fresh air that is good for building up the sound and good health. The man who forms this good habit can also enjoy the fresh and living scenery of nature in the morning. No kind of decreases attacks him for walking in the morning. It helps the diabetic patients to control diabetes. It refreshes our mind and provides a huge amount of full or working force. It also supplies mental peace that needed to lead a joyful life. That is why doctors advise people of all ages to walk in the morning. On the other hand, the man who doesn’t build up this habit can’t enjoy the living scenery of the nature of nature. He becomes deprived of a healthy body as well as a healthy mind. Different kinds of diseases attack him every now and then. As he doesn’t own a good mind, he doesn’t become happy in his life. So, everybody should build up this habit for his won and keep his body and mind fresh.
