There is enough for everyone's need but not for everyone's greed is the words of Mahatma Gandhi. Nature is abundant and generous. We are welcome to enjoy the fruits of nature and satisfy our needs. However, problem occurs when greed overtakes need and humans start exploiting the resources without a conscience. Overuse and wastage leads to damage to nature, depleting the natural resources or rendering it useless for the humans. Nature is damaged by human activities like deforestation, mining, pollution, etc. This is similar to cutting the goose that laid the golden egg.
