Answer:

Every coin has two sides. Pros and cons are must in any field or ideology. Just the factors vary. It depends on how people utilize the opportunity. How much a person gets to cope up with a new thing. Disciplinary skills, flexibility, career advancement, learning environment, cost variation, and the list goes on if we keep on comparing between online education and traditional education.

Taking on this topic, the first talk we need to have is about the environment. The environment in which we try to grasp things into our minds, impacts a lot. A class which contains around 60 students is much different from the environment where one or two sits down to learn something. Focus matters, not the mugging up!

Traditional education helps the students in growing their self-disciplinary skills. A positive attitude comes with good organization skills, discipline and punctuality. One holds a grip on these things when they face the real-time environment which  isn’t as cozy as his/her room. It brings out the frog from the well and makes it face the competitive world.

Coming to online education it has more pros. A person can completely focus on his interests and develop himself in the field he wants to see himself being crowned. A class in which one doesn’t have any interest to sit in, glues on the seat itself when it comes to traditional classes. In such times, online education really becomes a savior. Lots of information, one place, unshakable concentration and boom! One can become what he/she wants to be.

Next important factor is confidence. A student who goes for traditional education faces a massive amount of people around, and a group of prodigy lecturers. Presenting his ideas and thoughts among them takes a lot of courage. He may stammer first, but with time, he improves his confidence levels to the maximum point. And he will be the one who marks his feet on the success ladder, incredibly. Gaining such confidence by online education is the toughest task.

Commuting won’t even come into the action when it comes to online education. One can learn things in a peaceful, free environment whenever he thinks that he can concentrate. Through this, they can learn schedule management. And moreover, they can learn a bit more than they usually do, through online education. Interacting with lecturers won’t be a problem in an online education system. Once students get habituated to this type of learning, their ability of concentrating over knowledge based things becomes high.

Deviations happen mostly. Students need to get motivated from time to time, to keep them in the track of concentrating on their career ladder. Motivating students on face to face will have a lot of impact than the one done through online mode.

As we said, the list goes on. For slow learners online education will be the best choice and for slow graspers, traditional one. Overall, It depends upon what a student wishes for. Not everyone’s learning ability is the same. And so not everyone’s interests. Online helps you in giving the quality education for free. But the traditional school helps you in nurturing the skills one needs out of academics, strongly.

Overall, one faces the light only after they face the dark. Else, no one knows the difference between the two. It is the person himself, who can change his life by the path he chooses.
