I will like to mention important points. Please develop an essay based on these points.

1. Respectable young and old people of the community get together voluntarily to discuss promotion of their own involvement for Swachhata....

2. They first discuss the concepts of Swachh Bharat, understand its ideals and then know what is supposed to done by Municipality and what is expected of people.  That is in their locality.

3. Finding the gaps and shortcomings of the municipal services.

4. Identifying people not following hygienic principles of life or not having clean water or air in their locality.

5. Checking in person the state of cleanliness of water supply and its quality, in schools, community centers and residences. This is to ensure the clean water availability.

6. Evaluating the need of garbage cans on all roads.  Perhaps more need be installed as they are overflooded, or people have to walk more than 50-60m. People are lazy to walk more distance for throwing garbage.

7. Ensuring that the garbage cans are cleaned by municipal services everyday. Measures to reduce stink near the garbage can.

8. Deciding the gap of their total needs and what's done by municipality.

9. Purchasing materials as needed with voluntary contributions or membership donations, and putting them to use.

10. Representation to counsellors in the corporation/municipality/panchayat.  Enhance mutual understanding.

11. Formation of swachh committee. There are local circles which are active online and using social media.

12. Giving the media a simple presentation of their activities. Then the people will feel more responsible and committed to continue swachhata practices.

13. Education of poor and ignorant regarding good principles of hygiene. This requires checking their lifestyles.

14. Finding out what would make them follow swachhata principles.

15. Cleaning out all accumulated junk along the walls, on roads and on corner locations.  This is one time activity, performed at specific places.

16. Checking out on the cleanliness practices in schools.  Checking the status (and their maintenance) of toilets in the schools in the vicinity.

17. Continuous monitoring by all members to ensure Swachhata is achieved in their locality and is followed regularly and indefinitely.
