As stated by Plato----- the Greek philosopher and mathematician, ‘Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle.’ 

When you do a little good for someone (particularly anything which is not awaited from you) not only it has a huge effect on that individual's life but it has an increasingly superior influence on your life also. An everyday example of this is assisting an age-old man or woman pick up something he/she has dropped on floor or humbly offered your seat in the bus to a tired out mom with a desperate baby. Don’t you feel a sense of satisfaction and virtuousness after performing such an act? Orthodox perception has at all times believed that when you support others, some of the benefit transports back to you. That gratification has always been assumed to be sensing good for all intents and purposes. By being considerate to someone for without any reason, you can sense real pleasure, fulfillment, and harmonization besides feeling delightful. The moment you perceive somebody’s smirk, or feel the advantage of what you have done, you will identify that the particular act of kindness was valuable which you will desire to do again and again. 
Do memorize that any good endeavor should be performed without waiting for anything in refund. 
Some examples of caring acts are as follows: ·      
--Watering the plants of your neighbour’s while watering your own
--Lodging a new plant in your neighbour’s garden

The above-mentioned simple acts will enable you to assist Mother Nature in creating a new life. 
Some other kind acts could be: 
o   Embracing a homeless cat or dog and fulfilling its needs of food, drink and shelter etc. 
o   If you belong to a well-off family and have access to a balanced and nourishing diet, do endeavor to find some poor people in your vicinity and give some share of food to them, in addition to giving them some share from your pocket money.
