This is because youth people always would like to do stunts on a vehicle.After that they like to go fast in any type of road or traffic, they have very less patience due to that they will be irritated by waiting when there is a red light.So they go fast, then while going some other vehicle may hit them and they may die or injured. Youth people will enjoy the speed but they slot know that speed kills. For example a collage student, he has a bike where he like always to do stunts and participated in the race. He has more over confidence on him. He didn't wore helmet or anything and participated in the race. When the race was going on, he bymistakely hit the other person.They both died. This is why the government gave the quotation "speed thrills but kills".So have patience and wait till the green light comes and then go
