Atomic number of calcium is 20
then the tottal number of electrons is 20
it has no unpaired electron but it is paramagnetic .this is due to its high electro positive character
that is it readily gives out 2 electrons to form a diapositive ion with noble gs configuration
therfor it becamesparamagnetic
