Hey.

Here is the answer.

As, 729 L mixture has 7 :2 of milk & water,

so, milk = 729×7/9 = 567 L

and, water = 729×2/9 =162 L

As, in the new mixture the ratio is 7 : 3 but only water is added, amount of milk will remain unchanged (567L ) .

Let total amount of new mixture = x L

so, milk = x × 7/10 = 567 L

or, x = 567×10/7 = 810 L

So, new volume 0f water = 810-567=243 L

Hence water to be added = 243 - 163 L = 80L

Thanks.

Answer:81

Explanation: total mixture is :- 729

Ratio of milk to water is :- 7:2=9

Now

(729/9)×7=567 milk

Water is 729-567=162

567/(x+162)=7/3

567×3=7(x+162)

1701=7x+1134

7x=567

X=81 litter water
